Passing 1 AP/DE course is equivalent to 3 college credit hours / 1 course.  Currently, UWF charges $650 per course, plus textbooks.

Students who pass 5 out of 8 AP exams prior to their senior year will be a candidate for a special scholarship.

I DON'T THINK THIS IS FOR ME.  CAN I STILL TAKE AP/DE CLASSES?

Of course! AP/DE classes are open to all qualified students. Just note that after freshman year, invitations will no longer be extended to current students.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO BE A PART OF THE INSTITUTE ANYMORE?

We will be sad to see you go!

Students that wish to exit the Institute must provide a letter from their parent/guardian requesting removal.  Students will be dismissed at the end of the semester but they will not be withdrawn from their current coursework.  This does not disqualify students from taking future AP/DE classes.
